Hello, I just wanted to find out what the policy/practice is with regards to having 3 electrical PHCN/NEPA phases in Lagos, I've seen some people modify the supply so that they can use 1 phase if the other 2 phases are off. Do please let me know and apologies if this is the wrong place to post it. Thanks |
