The only way Laycon is winning this money is if Biggie disqualify Kiddwaya. Laycon is Big Brother's candidate, hence Biggie smeared Kiddwaya's name before apologizing. Big Brother can't tamper with the votes, Kiddwaya's father is influential, he can have his ways to see the database of the votes from the telecommunications.
