30k is the salary of a single person in working in a Medium Scale enterprise...

Instead of providing an enabling environment, they're talking about dashing audio 30-50k as grant( money that they will still syphon into private pockets )

Last month's salary for civil servants under the Ministry of Education was paid LATE...

Take for example my two neighbors, one sell moi-moi while the other is selling pap(akamu) and I myself I am selling egg roll in a daily basis. Do you think 30k or 50k will be look down on by people like us?

Use the same to build critical infrastructure instead!!
