Only a person who doesn't drive in Lagos will believe this rubbish lies, we all know how escort vehicles drive in Lagos, even ordinary private security vehicles are not left out, nowadays many civilians now buy Hilux with security sirens and horns just to evade traffic hereby causing nuisance and damaging people's cars in the process.
