Get busy! Identify what triggers you and stay away from them
I started my journey a few months ago, I took note of what made me want to jerk off and avoided them, focused my attention on other things. I started doing strength training (this helps a lot), reading more, socializing, reducing internet time. I even started learning a new language, if your attention is focused on something else you won't have time, you will get urges like mad and the withdrawal symptoms are bad asf but never let your guard down. Don't count the days, think of it as improving yourself.

Like literally I've had relationships. Four. I have female friends. I've had sex thrice. Neither of the three impressed me no cap. I cut my relationship around March.
