Tinubu has a solid structure in Lagos but am not sure Oshiomole has that. Honestly, Tinubu developed Lagos more than he met it then even without federal funds released to the state. Tinubu developed a lot of leaders and he has leaders ahead of him too. Oshiomole am not sure changed any special thing as far as governing Edo was or is concerned. Edo people na wise up people oooo. Those voting in Lagos are mostly market women and few elites.
