Most of these (not all) are APC stauch members who felt uncomfortable moving to the PDP because of Obaseki.

In the constituencies of some of these politicians, they have formidable and rival politicians in the PDP which they may not be comfortable to queue behind.

Besides some of them may want to run for offices in 2023 under the APC, decamping because of Obaseki may jeopardize their chances.
