thegoldfish: It could be lithium ion battery for very good quality power banks, and NiCad ( nickel cadmium) for the cheap power banks. At Alaba F line they sell these tokunbo batteries. If the battery is not charging, most probably the charge controller IC is bad. Those guys that fix LCD tv can help you check if charge is going into battery or not. Normally it's around 5volts from the charge controller IC |
