I sincerely hope he doesn't run for that office as it is certain that he can't clinch it. Even in Yoruba land, Tinubu is only popular among the politicians. Yoruba people will never see Tinubu in the mould of Awolowo or even Akintola !

Regarding 2023,Buhari is very predictable. He only has northern interest at heart and will work towards ensuring that a northerner succeeds him regardless of which political party produces that person. APC is dying already,but its death and eventual burial will come shortly before the general election of 2023.

Tinubu therefore, has a mandate to stop Buhari's hegemonic agenda by ensuring that he supports, maximally a presidential candidate of southern extraction that will be acceptable well across the six geopolitical zones in 2023. It will be North vs South come 2023.
