Kogi State Philanthropic and CEO of Wave of Minds Resources Limited, Hon. Ocholi Yusuf Okpanachi (CIK) Condoles with Government, Victim family


The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Wave of Minds Resources Limited, Hon. Ocholi Yusuf Okpanachi (CIK) has condoled with the Government of Kogi State led by His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Bello, the family of those who lost their beloved ones, the Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, Management, Staff and Students over the fire incident that claimed many lives at Felele area in Lokoja local government of the state .
Hon Ocholi described the incident as sad and unfortunate, urged those who lost their beloved ones in the explosion not to be weigh down much with the pains of the incident but be strong in prayers for God intervention to heal their wounds .
Expressing dismay over the incident, Hon Ocholi appeal to the Federal government to intervene by constructing either bypass or fly over at the area known for several of such occurrences.
He said, such project when undertaken by the federal government, would save the lives and properties of the people.
Hon Ocholi Yusuf Okpanachi equally advice the state government to put measures in place to avoid repeat of the incident as lives and properties lost can't be regain .
While waiting for the Federal government for the construction of the projects mentioned, he advice the National Union of Road Transport Workers to educate their subjects more on the danger of over speeding which normally lead to accident and appeal to federal road safety officials in the state to deployed man power to the area to ensuring maximum speed limit within Lokoja and its environs.
