This man either doesn't have an economic team that is working, or he doesn't listen to them.

Nigeria has refineries that are not working, we should be refining our own crude oil which would make it cheaper.

Why didn't he talk about that...

Those countries build their grid over a long period of time, they don't do ipob logic that praises looting and defends the shameless privitization of NEPA to the abhorrent reprehensible discos, whose agreement see Nigeria paying private companies bailout for not selling power at the price they choose.

Over which long period of time ? Saudi Arabia had it's independence just 28 years before Nigeriia and found oil just 17 years before Nigeria ...Today Saudi produces 60 Gigawatts of electricity while Buharis Nigeria is still toying with a pathetic 4000 MW of Electricity ...Are you aware it's Buhari that started paying GENCOS for every Electricity Thieving Discos reject? In 5 years Buhari has not added a single new MW to grid from what he received from GEJ

The same person support PDP looting and criminality, like a country can develop with such levels of theft.

It's a fact Buhari govt is 100 times more corrupt than any PDP govt so far and 100 times more incompetent

It also makes no sense for Nigerians to be living in squalor as compared to Saudi Arabia.

It makes no sense for Nigerians to be harassed daily by security agencies while Saudi people live like kings.

This government is quick to increase the suffering of their people while reducing freedom and benefits of being Nigerians.
Not squalor but abject squalor.

It make no sense for fulani government terrorist forces to massacring and destroying oil host communities in Biafraland.

Speaking, the Paramount Ruler of the community, Chief Felix Ogubie, said residents have moved to nearby communities for refuge following molestations from the soldiers, who invaded the area.

He said: “We were here in our house when soldiers came and started shooting and destroyed houses. They said they were after oil thieves. They beat up women and men.

“They are the same people that eat with those oil thieves. They came and burnt my house without any reason. I am not involved in what they are doing, so also others.

The naira equivalence of the minimum wage in Egypt is N53,000 and that in Saudi Arabia is N366,000 but it makes sense for the minimum wage in Nigeria to be N30,000...

Our Government only takes one side of the stories, the side that gives them more money.

The people in Egypt and Saudi Arabia don't have generators at home and do not buy fuel for generator daily. Only people with automobiles buy fuel... Here in Nigeria, you pay high electricity tarrif and end up buying fuel the entire month.

The amount of PMS sold daily in Nigeria is larger than that of Egypt and Saudi Arabia put together but then what do we do with the profits?

it is sad that baba is talking from the face value

I mean who are his economic advisors?

Those country he used as comparison,
he should ask himself if naira is stronger than their currency

Let us take Ghana as an example he said their pump price is 326 abi?

Now 1 ghana cedis to naira is 65naira

So mathematically if he really want to argue this, it should be 326/65

So normally Nigeria should be selling a liter of petroleum for 5naira

This Buhari's government was what George Orwell had on mind when he wrote the book "Animal Farm".
If you have not read that book especially the indomie generation, get that book and read it.
I believe Shehu Garba or Adeshina was what the author also had on mind as squealer.
