WHY DO BAD THINGS HAPPEN TO GOOD PEOPLE?

Some say it's because God is trying to teach them something.

Others say it's a mystery and we cannot know why.

But God's Word is crystal clear about the matter - Bad things happen to good people because good people, oftentimes, do foolish things.

As it is written,
"Man's own foolish decisions are the root cause of his problems but he has the temerity to blame it all on the Lord" (Proverbs 19:3, PBV).

"People ruin their lives by their own foolishness and then are angry at the Lord." NLT.

Indeed, bad things stop happening to us the moment we stop making foolish decisions.

So, if you are reading this right now and you you've been angry with the Lord over the bad things happening in your life, despite the fact that you being "born again", go to church etc etc it's time to go on your knees and ask the Lord for mercy.

Let us pray and ask God for mercy.
