Minimum wage doesn't tell the whole story.

In some countries the cost of living is barely anything. You can enjoy a good standard of living (by western standards) without feeling like you're constantly being robbed, or stressing about expenses.

Canada comes to mind. I think it's for home health aides. I'm not sure, but I think the US is doing something similar, maybe Australia too.

Permanent residence for caregivers
Home Child Care Provider Pilot and Home Support Worker Pilot

As of June 18, 2019, you may be able to apply for permanent residence through the Home Child Care Provider Pilot or Home Support Worker Pilot if you:

meet the eligibility requirements, and
have a job offer to work in one of these occupations

Through these pilots, you’ll get an open work permit to come to Canada and work temporarily. This work permit:

is occupation-restricted (so you have to work in that specific occupation)

doesn’t need a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)

lets you get the work experience you need to be eligible for permanent residence

its not about quoting links. Do them first lets see. You expect some to give you in Nigeria a job offer to come take care of his kids. Dream on kid. The quota per year is also 2000. There are lots of Philippino maids here already. Apply or tell your relatives to lets see how far. Not my fault you are frustrated lol
