And so freaking what? What if he can't speak English? Is English his first language? Those that can speak every vocabularies named in dictionary, what effect have they to your country? Japan, China, Russia, Singapore, Malaysia, etc, don't even communicate with English when they're together with there people, world leaders and debate. Shame on whoever posted this video.
