This is extremely worrisome news coming from Zamfara where the State is mining gold (a naturally occurring mineral) and establishing a gold reserve for itself in a bid to reduce dependency on the FAAC.

This same solid mineral exploitation was funded to the tune of N50bn from the CBN coffers (from everyone's sweat (80% from ND Oil and 20% VAT and Taxes).

Please can somebody with intelligence make sense of this for me because I am very confused?

As in Niger Delta own rigs drilling oil on behalf of Nigerians or shell owns rigs ,drills oil and share royalty to your lazy ass ?....the monthly allocation s to oil bearing state is from where ? ...zamfara state Gold mining Corp has paid tax to faac accounts like shell pays royalty ..
