It depends on the school u're applying for. Most Federal Universities only consider Distinction and Upper Credit while some state uni consider Lower Credit

Futminna and Uniosun accept lower credit. But I will recommend futminna because they conduct exam for DE , and the higher your score ,the higher your chance.

Most Federal universities do DE I can’t say fir satiate universities tho but Unilag’s DE is called diploma and it’s expensive
