The viral picture of President Buhari in the midst of lawmakers pushing and shoving, falling all over themselves just to have a glimpse of the president or shake his hands on Thursday 8th October, 2020 during the 2021 budget presentation clearly shows that Covid-19 has lost its fear factor in Nigeria. The president and his security details appear unperturbed by the lack of social distancing or the non-observance of Covid-19 protocol
