I have always wondered how a fire outbreak involving a skyscraper would be managed. This is a disaster.

Fire outbreak is just like any other accident that happens or can occur at any point in time.
Safety measures should be taken at all times to avoid such loss.
The reason such accidents are poorly or not managed effectively is because safety measures aren't put in place to avoid such.
They're number of identifiable hazard that should be considered in such buildings.
Lack of ventilation can cause such.
When they're no job hazard analysis done (for example jobs that are new to employees which are complex could cause an accident).
When they're no safety officer that can spot a hazard which can lead to accidents
Etc.
They're so many but just a few I mentioned.
