Nice sentiment, and one I 100% agree with, but just who is going to bring them to book? Is it the same higher-ranking police officers who set bribery quotas for the lower levels to meet? Is it the National Assembly members whose primary concern is re-election so they can continue to enjoy inflated allowances and huge slush funds euphemistically labelled "constituency projects"? Is it the ethnic champions obsessed with "zoning" and "juicy appointments"? Is it the President so intellectually limited and hidebound that he has offered nothing but yet more borrowing in 6 years in office?
