The parking officials could have gotten a 2 min video of the parked car before they approached him; and a till have a video of their interaction with him.


His car should have been towed and when he pays the fine they can release it.

In a correct country, they will fine him, that fine will be paid at a later date; if not, his license and car registration will be revoked, and if they catch him on the road again, his car will be seized for a much higher fine plus the old fines.

I experienced same in 2019. I accused them of not placing a sign board indicating people should not park there . I was taken to their office , my tyres deflated .I had to pay like #6k before I was released. Nigeria is just messed up .

If an old man who has a car and (later identified as a CEO of a motor company) can be treated this way, what would happen to a poor young man? The brutality of Agbero outweighs that of NPF/FSARS only that they do not have legal guns.
