Just because it just emerging in Nigeria market makes their part very scarce.
Except if the board spoil.
But as long as it's a minor issue there are well qualified technician to help you with that.if it software, there is a thread here on NL that can help you out.

Add 5k to that money and get Redmi 9. There's no reasonable Huawei device at that price range.

If you can't afford to add extra money you can get the Redmi 9c (I personally don't fancy it though) at around 57k
