Guy, you dey even try dey reason people matter. Many are there for the thrill or the fun of it. The Nigerian government has even paid more attention to them than Donald Trump did to the BLM.

It's not even sensible to be protesting against a group that has been ended. Do you want the government to end the police or all tactical units in the force?

Anyways, Nigerians have had enough of police brutality, let them have their fill; they'd settle in a few days. SARS really had it coming.

1. Police brutality is the point. Not just SARS.

2. They have lied 5 times over. SARS reform started in 2015 and it has turned into a yearly ritual. They keep saying they've reformed, banned, etc.

3. The NP has not shown any respect for the youths since this street protest started.

4. The Police PRO messed up - said it was "clout chasing".

5. The SARS issue is personal to lots of protesters. One of the protesters happened to have lost a leg due to SARS brutality. Another sister was weeping bitterly for her brother who had been taken since 2007 or so. Another was weeping with folded flag for her brother who traveled to Nigeria and ended up dead from a SARS demon. Some minutes ago I saw some horror picture. Killed by SARS since 2 years back, and the dead body is still unreleased! If you see the image. The dead body still had a rope around the neck.

6. In any other country, all the SARS commander will be in jail as we speak. Just wait for documentaries from AlJazeera and BBC. Pray it doesn't air during this protest or the police will burn.

7. The government has suppressed people too long. The result of enduring six years of enduring a lying, unserious, and wayward govt is what we are seeing.

8. The FG is playing pranks with the protest - from brutalizing protesters to attempting to compromise influencers to prosars to thugs destroying things, thugs attacking protesters etc. All that is what is fueling the protests.

9. We all think it is a play, but 2020 is an unusual year. A nightmare may just be unfolding.
