All these they're doing isn't sophisticated,, it is amateur, they don't want to fund the advanced one's because of corruption, what they're doing I can also do it because I am trained in health safety and environment but it is the basic..

If such basic things like this surprise you or impress you then you need to go for such basic trainings. Riggers, first aiders, safety officer's, etc do these things frequently like ease.
