If you reason this way and we are to go by every law, then SWAT should never be scrapped as it was the law that created it. But if SWAT (which poses a danger to human lives) should be scrapped, then the gay law (which is inhumane and encourages threats to human lives) should be scrapped and the intolerance (lynching and killings) should be dealt with.
