The cause of the incident on the bridge is just because it's too short.

The bridge is not long enough hence those trailers loaded with fuel always find it difficult to climb. Most of those trailers are not in good condition.

The bridge design and implementation is totally wrong.

Otedola bridge is supposed to start from that filling station close to Secretariat by bill board and end in front of Capital Oil. With that the part of the road won't be that sloppy for those trailers to pass.
