Say things like, chairman, honorable, and start to socialize. I need to learn how to socialize. Am afraid of starting a conversation I can't finish.

Get a job or be on a project and it will build and refine your character

Get a wingman. An extrovert, the extra social type. Iron sharpens iron. You'll get dragged into enough social situations to mold you up. As for your character, that's totally up to you.

I have talked to my mother of pausing my school programme for about three years.
Then get a Job as a technician. But am afraid, cause my relatives will hear. And that I will be starting school in a new state in my early 20s.

By the way I get envious and have been trying to stop it, so far I can only manage it for a while, knowing that my envy doesn't do anything good nor changes anything, the only thing that happens is that people will notice it and stay away.
