According to a recent published post by Nairametrics, Airtel Nigeria has denied the news circulating all social platforms of them ditching out free N1000 recharge airtime bonus to its numerous subscribers.



Furthermore, according to Nairametrics, it was further disclosed on Monday, by a source in the Telco, who choose to be anonymous as he is not permitted to talk officially on behalf of the company.

He said, “Airtel is not giving out airtime worth N1,000. It is not true.”

Now an insider that works in airtel has officially made it known that Airtel ng isn't giving out free N1000 airtime recharge as earlier claimed by most airtel users, we can boldly now say the alleged hackers group (Anonymous) was actually behind the scene of the free n1000 airtime gifting to numerous Airtel customers.
