A leading Conglomerate with offices and assets in all the states of Nigeria is seeking for highly competent and versatile professionals to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Admin & Facilities Management

Reference: H-A&FM
Location: Any City, Nigeria


We are seeking result-oriented and Head, Admin & Facilities Management with strong leadership skills to manage and improve the efficiency of our operations.
Key Accountabilities

Co-ordinate the acquisition, rental management, stakeholder liaison (rates and taxes) and all other activities associated with company’s properties with the assigned region
Co-ordinate the teams in all aspects of implementing facilities projects in the most efficient manner
Work with the Director to develop the strategy for space optimization
Strategically develop and manage supplier relationships across the Admin value chain
Ownership of the compliance structure with agreed SLAs
Strategically manage Access Control Systems, Automatic Fire Detection and Suppression Systems
Work with the Director to draft the Procurement strategy, processes and procedures
Deliver strategies that will ensure optimum processes and procedures for allocation, operation and maintenance of vehicles within the region
Strategise plans and co-ordinate all activities relating to the provision of general logistics support services to all offices that include:
Office Equipment
Janitorial Cleaning, Waste management and fumigation services
Freight and Courier Services
Travels (both Domestic and International)
Immigration and Protocol services for expatriate staff.
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Estate Management, Finance, Architecture, Business Administration or in any other relevant field.
Relevant post-graduate qualification on will be an advantage.

Not Less than 20 years post qualification experience
Operations and Maintenance Management
Project Initiation, Planning, Execution and Control
General Administration.
Inventory Management
Facilities Management
Procurement and Supply Chain Management
Utilities and Energy Management
Good commercial skills
Contract Management, Strong Problem solving, Critical thinking and Interpersonal skills, Excellent negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required (Ms Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Candidate must not be less than 45 years of age.
