Despite the Lagos state security trust funds, all thru could get is Hilux and few tank's.

Nonsense. Federal Regionalism means you will not be allowed to take oil money from Delta and use to develop Zamfara or Katsina. Every region will develop at its own pace. The NW loves Sharia and they will embrace it wholeheartedly. The Igbos love trade/business and they will embrace it wholeheartedly.
