Third you need to check if you have a medical condition called blue balls, this is a situation that makes your scrotum itchy making you always want to release, thereby making you run to porn to build up your fantasy level.

Bros, there's power in the tongue. I have used repetitive words to bring healing upon myself and a forgiving heart. If you can say to yourself everyday that you don't or won't watch porn like a thousand times, it will work,especially when you wake up.

What I do is write such things on a paper and paste it on my wall. Things like I am healed or I forgive this person. Sometimes I stand in front of my mirror and say it over and over again. I say it so much it becomes a part of me. And I use bible verses to back them up. I have once talked myself into healing from wearing glasses with a bible verse, of course. Heal me o Lord and I will be healed, for thou art my praise.

Saying such things repeatedly conditions your brain or your mind into accepting such things. You will still watch porn the first few times but eventually you will stop. There's power in the tongue and in your confession.

Lastly, find out the scenarios that make you yearn to watch porn. When you find yourself in such scenarios, do everything you can to leave it. Keep busy. Pick up a challenge. An idle mind is the devil's workshop. May God help you. Amen.
