Bros, there's power in the tongue. I have used repetitive words to bring healing upon myself and a forgiving heart. If you can say to yourself everyday that you don't or won't watch porn like a thousand times, it will work,especially when you wake up.

What I do is write such things on a paper and paste it on my wall. Things like I am healed or I forgive this person. Sometimes I stand in front of my mirror and say it over and over again. it's simple dear. Pray and ask God to help you. Then do away with your phone and DVD for just one month. Use Nokia torch instead. Don't visit friends that are addicted as well. Infact do away with such friends and when you got the urge, burst into praises. It will disappear. Very simple stop using smartphones, buy nokia torce, also stop watch soft core films too, stop looking at girls and their indecent dressing, mind your friends and kind of talks they bring, because if your friends are porn lovers definitely you go join the clique , read the Bible every minute and pray to God

Panic and quick fixes are temporary, the problem is in the head, that is where most problems is.

I used to be this way. How I overcomed it was first making a decision not to be engaged in it.

How was I able to achieve this? I kept my mind off it by reading inspirational books, motivational books and Bible.

When am alone, I go on a walk.I avoid being alone. And if I happen to be alone, I pray and sing hymns.I also engage on meaning discussion with friends and family.

Above all pray to God for help. The Bible says, no man can do the things of God, except God is with him.
