Qualification: Graduate degree in social/management sciences or humanities

The candidate should be based in Abia/Imo State

CIPM membership can be an added advantage

Experience: Not less than 2 years

Knowledge/skills: Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, leadership skills, problem solving skills,
Diversity and generational differences in workplace.

Must be computer literate.

Summary of Responsibility:

Assist the HRM with staff requirements in the Mill. Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training and career growth. Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paper works. Educate staff on HR policies, practices and procedures.
