To migrate to the second plan Infinito Special dial X100X9X2#. On this plan, you will be able to register five glo numbers to call at 18K/s. No renter, no access fees required. To Register your special five numbers, dial X101X2Xnumber#.

N.B. This new Infinito is all over Nigeria now. Hurry up and register for this new charging plan.

Maguy, the sad and bitter truth is that MTN doesn't give a fork about whatever any network does ar regards their tariffs. They have this disgusting self-confidence in themselves that makes me sick. Have you seen the subscriber bases of all network providers recently released by NCC? MTN still tops the chart with a crazy 38 million plus subscribers. Glo came next with a little above 16 million. All GSM network providers are busy slashing rates, left, right and center, but what do we have with MTN? Just a slash on calls to about 5 numbers max. Their recent financial report even makes the whole matter more annoying, those guy may earn up to N188 billion profit after tax by their operating arm in Nigeria alone. Imagine a company with very little or nothing to offer their customers still making so much money. Abeg make i try forget those i.d.i.o.t.s cos if person dey tink about dem, he fit craze finish!

thought they said it is the same thing with the infinito of a thing. I think this is a very good plan though expecially with the fact that one does not have to pay N250 / month and call your special number for 2k/sec
Re: Glo Introduces ‘no Conditions’ Tariff Plan: Offers 25k Per Second by COMPAQ(m): 1:14pm On Mar 11, 2011
Glo is just hot air jor!!! Their netwrok in PH has been horrible since late last year, dropped calls, internet disconnects every few minutes, poor customer service, slow internet speeds etc etc. MTN is on top because they deserve to be. All those hating on MTN are wasting their time. The truth is that MTN is far more technologically advanced than Glo. Infact, Etisalat is even more technically sound than Glo. Just wait for Etisalat's 3G. I'm sure it will be far more reliable and consistently fast than Glo!!

@tammyl, you should know that, it is two different packages but same tarriff.
The first one allow you to register one number to call at 2k/s while the second one gives you room to register five numbers to call at 18k/s.
New Infinito code is *100*9*1#. To register your special number dial *101*1*number#
Infinito Special code is *100*9*2#. To register your five numbers dial *101*2*number#. Remember, you will have to register one number at a time.

very cool package. i tried the code last year even when it was unavailable for Lagos and got lucky. i have been calling at those rates since then to other networks. there was no special number then though. i just tried the special number and it works too. international calls to about ten countries are even cheaper than local calls.
apart from ocassional network issues which are not exclusive to glo, glo tariffs are about the friendliest available in naija.

One of the most fundamental marketing strategies makes it clear that the easiest way to liquidation for any follower, is to fight the market leader on the basis of price.

Glo can only gain a competitive edge over MTN if the quality of their network and its offerings are way way better than that of MTN.

MTN knows this, thats why they are planning to invest a whooping one billion dollars in the next 12 months just to improve their quality of service.

Glo will continue chasing shadows as long as they continue employing people who are only concerned about fat salaries. One of Glo's biggest problems is allowing the arrogant Pady Adenuga run its affairs.

If Buhari wins the election, we can be rest assured that the patronage Mike Adenuga receives (through Babangida's connections) would dwindle. This would reduce the flow of strange funds into the glo corporate account.

Wow. You make it seem like you're very confident about what you're talking about. Insider info?

By the way you're 100% right about glo's quality of staff. For the most part they're dumbos (especially their females) who got employed on the back of nepotism, Adenuda-worship, and 'bottom power'. Glo's customer service is by far the worst. . .connecting is a problem, and when you finally do, the dumbos seldom know what to do to solve your problem. Not to talk about their repugnant, fluctuating internet service ('4g' my arrse). It's a sick network for the most part.

Are you saying Nigerians do not deserve this long overdue reduction in tariff. Do you mean MTN with her unfriendliness will always be right even when the subscribers are suffering? Do you remember MTN promised the highest tariff of 5/min after 4 years of operation in Nigeria? What do we have now? N38/min and more.

Do you know glo gain over 3 million subscribers to beat Airtel to second position? Let the number portability commence and you will see how useless is MTN unless it changes for good.
Abeg stop all these things.

  @Vigilante
To activate the first option dial *100*9*1#

Re: Glo Introduces ‘no Conditions’ Tariff Plan: Offers 25k Per Second by ProAnti: 11:08pm On Mar 11, 2011
What I'm saying is that you cannot engage in a price war with the market leader unless you have better quality of service and better access to resources.

Glo definitely do not have more resources (human or financial) than MTN. MTN is a more profitable business than Glo.

For glo to continue with this me-too mentality and survive, they need to improve on their network quality and custmer service.
