see those onions when you chop off the top, leave it in water for a few hours and then transfer to a moist damp space away from sunlight for a few days till you see shoots forming.
Plant it in soil afterwards, you should get a cluster of onions in 3 -5 months
irrespective of season right?

Was it not Lord Luggard that joined Northern and Southern Nigeria?
After being inspired by Holy Ghost to do that. So he/she who thinks he/she will put asunder to what Holy Ghost has put together, he /she will suffer for it.

My people the prices of food stuffs is on the rise in Rivers State. I don't know about other cities.

Look at the Onions my wife bought at Oil Mill Market In Portharcourt for 500 naira today.

On a normal day these onions should cost 50 naira or less.

How is it in your area

This goes for #150 in Lagos mainland.

Onions can be farmed by anybody. We have the perfect weather for it more than the north yet we see it as northern thing. If cold regions like Europe can farm onions, tell me the reason why south shouldn't.

Hunger have not yet started. Everybody want to be a trader or white collar guy.

Louder, please.
I can't hear you cheering and making excuses for Buhari, the commander in chief, the architect of the economy, and the president on whose table all bucks stop, including prices of onions.

Keep cheering and deceiving yourself.

What has the economy got to do with onions?

What I see here is a simple case of the commodity not being widely availability... And that's owing to the fact that maybe less people planted onions so it's scarce. Unless you wanted Nigeria to import onions grin

Like I said, I don't like bubu one bit, so be rest assured that I ain't one of his Zombie BMC's.

We have the money to import what we don't have. And we musn't buy from Northerners.

Really? You have the money?

Is that why your young and old were looting palliatives like hungry locusts just last week?

Is that why One million hungry boys were on rampage a few months ago?

You think everyone southward is so foolish to entrust their food security in the hands of foreigners because you want to beat chest?

Na hunger go reset your brain if the time comes.

That's bad. The funny thing is, if I send 10 of these onions to my PH customers for N500 from Benue State, they will tell me I cheat them.
I pray things gets better.
They thought wizkid, aisha usufu, davido etc will make things better for them. Now things are getting worst. Let them continue setting fire on those food trucks and see whether things will get better that way or not.
By fire by force the owner of those trucks must recover their lost.

Buhari support organization will ask you why your wife dare wanted to buy onions? It's her fault for going to buy onions in the first place.
Because she bought the onion to cook for Buhari support organisation.
Buhari is really a thorn in some people's throats. But you have to live with that till 2023.

It is clear that nigerians reject Good news and believe bad news.

When it's a bad news, we believe, if it's a good one, we ask for proof.

Anyways, Alhamdulilah.
