Who will be paying for your brother's trip? Your company or urself? Your Brother can't work in the UK with that visit visa, any company that employs him will be fine and your brother deported.

First things first. get to the uk first.once there,then step up to step two.
do u have friends or relations in the uk?
ask them.
if for some reason your company gets in trouble for illegal immigration,then just crucify your brother.slander him.
