Instead of polluting this thread with your envy,

Mess or no mess, PLEASE SHOW US YOUR OWN STATE!

Enugu amaka

A lot of people have said that Obasanjo got the idea of building a Federal Capital Territory in ABuja after visiting Enugu.

He had in fact asked them to replicate the masterful layout of Enugu in a more modern layout at Abuja.

I agree that is exactly what happened because Enugu and Abuja look closely similar. Albeit, Abuja on a much larger scale.

Height of propaganda, apart from the fact that most of these pictures are at least 10yrs old(presently a mess), another important thing to point out is that 95% of these pictures are just government house precinct and Bissala road which houses the government house and pictures are taken from almost one spot from 1000 dimensions/directions to confuse people. 90% of Enugu is a total mess. From Agbani road to Awkunanaw to Ogui to Asata to Achara layout to coal camp, etc, the list is endless.

Enugu state government should go to work because there is nothing any state should learn from Enugu state.

cheesy

Enugu on a large scale is a slum, when you consider Abakpa, Gariki, Emene, Asata, Ogui, Awkunanaw, Obiagu, Coal camp, etc.. The pictures you showed is still one road taken from many directions and it is still the front of Enugu state government house. Propagandists

Bro, don't derail the thread. Look beyond the tip of your nose. You call yourself one east, but you don't want better for the east. This thread could woo investors, and your here posting rubbish. Enugu has received very low foreign investment. Create your own thread on Ph and stop embarrassing yourself. I thought you where better than this bro.

Ask me again. Enugu remains more educated than the entire south west, so it should be a wiser option to invest in. Out of all the states on top 10 waec list, none where yoruba. Can you see your lives. Too much ewedu, hard drugs and agberoism is doing una. The future of your entire tribe is wasted. The entire south west is a shithole full of open defecation. Enugu is better than any shithole in the west, and that's a fact.

I'm sure this thread is giving you chest pains because there is no sign of poverty in Enugu.

What Enugu needs more of is tarred inner-city roads, esp' in those high-density areas.....regularly swept as well as tree-lined.

As it currently stands, Enugu has the most inner city tarred roads in the south east. This is a verifiable fact from google map. But the truth must be told, which is that almost all those tarred roads were done by previous administrations. The current regime is slacking.

Enugu needs another Sullivan chime or an Umanyi character.

No one should engage all these embittered bastards claiming to be Igbo or from wherever! They're jealous scumbags intent on trying to derail the thread! Their angst is that upon all their evil scheming and machinations, Ndigbo can have such a resilient city like Enugu! Had they faced even 10% of what Ndigbo have faced from the late 60s to date, they can never in a million years have a city in their region that can rival Enugu, Onitsha, Owerri or Abakaliki!

There is this comprehensive YouTube clip of inner-city Enugu, done a few moths ago. It's true what you say that most of the inner streets are tarred, but they were failing in many portions and looked unkempt with no attempt made to clean up and beautify the environment.

Ugwuanyi seems to only be interested in making independence layout and maybe old GRA look presentable....most other places are starting to look rundown! I remember all those new estates Chime gov't built like Liberty and Zoo estates, and how well-tarred and spotless they looked...they're not looking as nice now!

Media propaganda is doing no good to your wasted tribe, but what do you expect, your culture is deception. The future of the yoruba race is buried in lies.

Continue wailing whilst your sisters are here doing olosho work.

Continue relying on media propaganda whilst your brothers in the east are succeeding.
