D matter no concern state govt now. When did prison become a state govt matter?

It is unfortunate that institutions that are meant to protect, correct and secure persons are not living up to its mandate. Surely, It is good to be free and independent of any other person or institution but God.

I tire for this Delta State. What are they doing with all the oil derivative they collect every month. How can you feed a man once in three days and expect him not to protest. Do you know that up till now they have not paid gratuities to teachers who retired in 2015. They are not even paying them pension. There is real wickedness there.

The State govt does not run nor operate the prison networks.

Why should government imprison them if they cannot feed and care for them?
