I did mine with Synlab , they are at GRA Ikeja , on Archbishop Vining field ( 50400 ). They will take all your details and send the result to you by email the next day. Coming back I did with Evercare at Lekki Phase 1 , just by the gate. Make sure you also get vaccinated as immigration can use it to extort you.

Do it on the 13th if you're leaving early on the I5th but if you're leaving late on the 15th do it on the 14th. I did mine on Friday and got my result early on Saturday morning , my flight left 1pm on Sunday but if my flight was for evening on Sunday I would have done it on Saturday
