The Elebele community vigilante in Ogbia Local Government Area, Bayelsa state has apprehended one suspect Aliyu Umar for raping. It was gathered that Aliyu Umar who hails from Kastina state was caught this morning while raping a little girl in the community. The victim identified as Chineye was seen bleeding before she was rushed to a nearby clinic. The suspect Aliyu Umar has since been handed over to the police at Kolo station in Ogbia council. |
