Not true. I bought 4 small bulbs of onions in Maiduguri on Saturday for N250. Onions has been expensive since last month in Maiduguri.

Not for me. Onions is not a do or die spice in food. I do t tevem think I've touched the one in my house for the past 3weeks. That 200niara onions will buy me fresh bananas or cucumber.
