When you fill job applications, you have to indicate your skin's color .

When you make an appointment to see a doctor, you to select your skin color.

Apparently, in Nigeria if you score a 70%, you get an A grade which places you in first class. In my school, a 70% is a B grade. If you score below 60%. That is a failing grade. No time for mediocre students.
