Stop misleading yourself, it is not about the color of the Skin, you self-denigrating being.
It has to do with the Homogeneity of the Population.

China has a homogeneous population that makes decision-making devoid of the usual "ethnic-related" sluggishness and bias.
India does not enjoy that advantage though we cannot discount the determination for success, for the Chinese people.
