1 billion ko 10 trillion nee. Only in Nigeria do you have these overpriced houses. You will get a better quality house for that amount in Dubai or anywhere in South Africa.

1 billion for a house with no smart tech, even the gate is not automatic. This house is obviously overpriced. I’ve not seen anything that makes it different from a 45m house.
