As one of the three most popular sports in the fitness world, the squat has long been given high marks. There's even a saying, on condition that you don't know what to do with your lower body, do squats to begin with.

The benefits of squats can be divided into two main parts: fitness and health. In terms of fitness, It is no need to go into too much detail here, but it can be focused on the reasons why squatting can prevent and improve prostate problems.

Fitness level: shape + strength

Squat for the lower extremities hip leg shape is absolutely meaningful. As the saying goes, you don't have to squat to get your butt and legs in shape. There's no way you can avoid squats and weight squats.

Weight squats is exhausting for me to do... I would rather bench and curl multiple reps than squat grin
