I suspect he's talking about the Cross Rivers state governor. At this rate, election on a party platform no too matter again, since any governor can easily decamp to another party regardless of the party he was elected under.

More reason the constitution should be amended.

It's gonna be difficult for the party who has a S/E as it's candidate to win because the North will definitely vote for the other party with a Northern candidate.

S/E people should start playing real politics and align with others instead of ostracizing themselves.

They should start being assertive and stop the 'boy-boy and yes Sir' politics. They should lobby and don't just sit down and expect it to be handed them.

Politics is all about alignment, realignment, lobbying etc.
