The Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) was first Founded in Cameroon and has been extending to different African countries. It is born out of the believe that each and every individual when rightly positioned, has a talent and can make a living with such talent.
In that regard, International Talent Outreach engages in search for children among most politically and socially neglected places, orphans and poor children as well as redundant youth with skills that can earn a living but are frustrated because of lack of connection to get any support or due to one way or the other, need some help to start making a living.
International Talents Outreach Launched in Nigeria on the 16th on November 2020 and is followed on twitter as @TalentsOutreach and on facebook as International Talent Outreach.
How ITO helps people
1. If you have a hand work or have studied a course that gave you a skill to be self reliant and have no one to help you with a start up, easily mail to ITO on its website or simply table your complain at their twitter handle which gets quicker response through DM
2. They have grants waiting for who to assist. In that regard, any genuine skilled person in Nigeria or any part of Africa who is an artisan or artist or has any skill can be taken as a trainer and will earn from where ever they may reside in Nigeria.
3. After training anyone, ITO empowers them by giving startup grants. Then the beneficiary is attached to another trainee to form a chain of beneficiaries... This is an area where sustainability is emphasized because many NGOs got it wrong in the past by starting something that is not sustainable or continuous. Therefore, ITO has it all planned out that without creating a chain by taking responsibility, people will likely divert their focus from sustainability and self reliance to something else.
4. International Talent Outreach rehabilitates drug addicts and empowers them too after training them with a skill.
5. International Talent Outreach appreciates all artisans, artists and any skilled person in Africa and is majorly funded in the United Kingdom.
6. Trainers approved by ITO are taken abroad or better places for further training to make our local beneficiaries of international standards.
7. ITO just launched in Nigeria on Monday the 16th and will be recruiting across the federation at any moment from now. Beside the website www.talentsoutreach.org, emphasis on recruitment is on twitter @TalentsOutreach which many aren't aware of by following...
9. International Talent Outreach usually organises talent hunt shows and did same during the launching which made people win awards and cash prices. So if you are a talent, seek opportunities in ITO.
10. ITO is sponsored from the Great Britain and has no Nigeria start, get corrupt and fold-up mentality; they are resilient in strategy implementation for all programs and empowerment. Their focus is on children, poor background families or the needy, orphans and talents without capacity to make good living despite their skills.
11.some speech by notables across Africa and the world over were made about the occasion. With ITO's good strategy, it intends to end poverty in Africa.
During her launching, many artists and artisans came to display the skills of their hands and many were absorbed...
Good luck as you seek opportunities with ITO!
