The link you provided is written by someone who probably is not aware of what your country did in 2007..Anyway currency exchange rate value is nothing if the purchasing power purity is not favourable. Try compare the price of goods in Nigeria and the price of the same goods in Ghana that's when you will realize that despite the zeros your removed your economy is still in shambles.
