With the recent spate of insecurity and lawlessness unabated, what do the residents expect after the foolish show put up by residents in the name of #endsars or whatever. to which a posted a earlier trend ( https://www.nairaland.com/6198326/benin-jail-break-obasekis-visit#95212386).The situation is very very unfourtunate ,however the residents have to bear the bitter pill and consequent results. one investing in the state would be at its lowest ebb. for a state which lacks industralization in the first place"a civil service state" as it is known. this would further worsen the economic woes.It should be noted that the overseas industry which the state is known for would also withdraw interests. many of its residents overseas would not dare visit home with the current state of insecurity. The govt cal that the escaped harden criminals return back to their cells is the biggest bluff of the century just as big as the governors head. He has gotten his 2nd term and of cause to hell with the state. his curfew is a life after death scenerio. The federal govt better create a Nigerian Marshall service modeled after the US Marshall to hunt fugitives as felons. Not untill all the prisoners are captured and remanded hard times await the govt and residents of the state. it is really unfourtunate that the protests have worsened the situation ,whether we like it or not a police tactical team is still very much needed. i wonder why the endsars agitators have not taken over policing of the country .
