How Can A Contract Frustrated, What Must Be Established Before The Court? by Nobody: 6:14pm On Nov 24, 2020
Many at times, contracting parties are quick to respond or blame their inability to fulfill their covenant, understating and commitments voluntarily executed or made, on the grounds that the contract was frustrated. This became rampant in 2020 during COVID-19.

But how can a contract be frustrated? What must a party alleging frustration prove?

Under what criteria will a reasonable man agree that there was frustration of contract?

Will negligence on the part on the party alleging frustration avail him?

Let's look at these shortly.
