Watching TV continuously damages your health and drag your lifestyle deep down in the valley of despair and diseases. Mental health is very necessary to keep yourself active and healthy. TV affects both physical and mental health.

Some tv shows are so tasteless and boring that they destroy your whole movie night plans. Some are toxic in nature as they imprint long term effects on your brain and leads you to be psycho at some stages. Some shows are so long that they take years to complete. Such tv shows disturb physical health. As some people are so clingy that they start watching tv shows and don’t leave the laptop without completing it. If the show is so long it will lead you to be physically unfit. Avoid all such tv shows and their negative effects. Certain shows make you feel bad. There is no point in watching such a series. They feel sad and that can activate your depressing hormones. You will be depressed in a matter of minutes if you activate your sad hormones. Try to discourage tv shows like this. They have a serious influence.

For example, before you have some depressing material, a popular film. You are encouraged to surrender your life in this film. The consequence is a hype of suicide. Many people watched the film and this film, unknowingly, had a really negative effect on their minds.

Bad feelings about yourself:

It is also a solid reason behind mental disturbance by watching tv shows. In life, TV produces a lot of negativity. We just don't understand why negativity is so much, but deep down, there is TV that gives our lives some negative aspects. Be positive at all times. Hope is a light ray that opens doors to good behavior. Think optimistic and don't consider negative results of TV programs. Shows are often based on bad characters and the writer makes them crucial and unavoidable for the success of this program. Such characters are therefore depicted as positive characters, but they are ultimately negative. We know little about the after-effects and even without letting us know our subconscious takes some negative effects. This is a lover of the series' worst situation ever.

Watching too much tv results in severe damages to mental as well as physical health. Avoid such damaging effects and stop watching television.
